    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers to ensure standards of efficiency and quality are being met.

    Efficiently and securely place product on food production equipment

    Efficiently and securely take completed product off food production equipment and package product in a way that meets quality standards.

    Continually inspect product for quality issues.

    Assist in cleaning equipment and surrounding surfaces as need throughout the shift.

    Uphold attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure with constant deadlines.

    Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area.

    Follow the designated area clean up procedure in preparation for start of next shift.

    Job Purpose:

    Essential Duties:

    Plan, oversee, and direct assembly production activities

    Closely coordinate with the Assembly Production Manager to plan staffing to best meet efficiency standards and maximize units per person per hour

    Effectively communicate goals and changes to employees

    Improve the visual workplace to simplify training and ensure product quality

    Maintain a continuous improvement mindset; continuously seek improvement opportunities

    Collaborate with the Assembly Production Manager to ensure that assembly and order picking employees are properly staffed according to daily order needs

    Support quality control efforts in the department to reduce consumer complaints

    Work with employees to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to simplify work

    Schedule:

    Monday – Friday; 8-10hr shifts between the hours of 5:30am and 6pm.*

    *Occasional weekends and additional hours required around Peak Holiday seasons (Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, & Father’s Day)

    The Line Packer is responsible for packaging completed product and outbound freight in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, quality, and productivity.

    Schedule

    The work week can run anywhere from 40 to 45 hours depending on production quantities. The majority of those hours would be Monday through Friday between 6:30am and 4:30pm. During peak holiday times, the work load can increase to 40 to 60 hours, requiring overtime and occasional weekends.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Sets up and puts away fruit racks or pallets at the beginning and end of the work days as needed by production

    Properly shrink and seal completed baskets received from Gift Assemblers using L-sealer and heat tunnel.

    Coordinate and tie ribbon specified by orders onto sealed and shrink wrapped baskets.

    Pack orders with their coordinating personalized messages and inserts into overpacks to be shipped and attach designated packing slips.

    Run boxed baskets and flat-packs through tape machine to complete shipping preparation.

    Collaborates with the Assembly Production Manager to determine shipping priorities and shipping methods required to meet shipping schedules.

    Restock and refill boxes, paper, tape, and shrink wrap as needed in order to complete shipment for all orders.

    Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.

    Uphold attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure with constant deadlines.

    Follow proper daily cleaning routine for work stations at the end of each day.

    Performs other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work area.

    Comply with GMP and SQF Standards

    Qualifications

    High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); Must be a detailed oriented person.

    Working Environment

    This position works in a warehouse setting. This role routinely stands on anti-fatigue mats at regular work station. This role routinely is required to stand and walk on hard floors for 8 to 10 hours a day. This role works in a fast paced environment. This role may also be required to transport order, fruit, supplies, or clean up materials from one work area to another in order to maintain cleanliness and efficiency.     Job Purpose

    The Supply Chain Assistant is responsible for keeping up with the demand of inventory required by the Order Pickers; while coordinating and collaborating with the Supply Chain and Production Managers for the preparation, control, and maintenance of the inventory system and related work.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Assist in managing and facilitating the lot tracking system for inventory.

    Consistently maintain product amounts on inventory shelves to assist Order Pickers with the completion of daily orders.

    Communicate and collaborate with Manager on inventory expiration dates, out of stock items, and incoming stock items.

    Count product from incoming shipments and check that all product meets quality standards.

    Mark packing slips received for incoming shipments once product has been counted and inspected.

    Organize and log incoming inventory from truck deliveries while maintaining Procurify receiving logs as necessary and maintaining SQF receiving procedure compliance

    Provide all physical documentation to the Inventory Coordinator after receiving process has been completed.

    Uphold attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure with constant deadlines.

    Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area.

    Performs other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work area.

    Must be willing to become forklift certified and maintain the certification.
